The Dragon Phoenix Wine Blog is a compendium of tasting notes on global wines as well as a resource for reading about wines available in the Chinese market, tastings in Beijing and further a field, and interviews with winery owners and other involved in the industry. The blog was created by independent wine consultants and educators, Edward Ragg and Fongyee Walker, co-founders of the Beijing-based Dragon Phoenix Fine Wine Consulting. We are uploading hundreds of tasting notes on international wines from multiple vintages derived from notebooks first started in 2003. But, in the first place, we will post on wines available in China and the wider Chinese wine scene(s).
